Our return and refund may be indemnified to additional terms & conditions by LEORBIX INFOTECH. These items will be communicated in your sequential order. Return policies are the personal right of the customer that we took care to serve you while purchasing with us. Therefore Return policy is a scheme provided by the respective seller.

How to return

You can appeal the request of the products(s) within the 07 days from the delivery date in contingent you are not satisfied with the purchase. However, the reverse Pick up will be done from our side wherever comfortable. Additionally, in most ultimate parameters, you are supposed to ask to send the products through flexible courier’s services, if a reverse pickup is not available in your area. Conditions for Return

In Addition, the product return should be in the appropriate condition as it was received by you with all the tags. Return will not be accepted if the product tags are removed or missing.

Exchange Policy

If you have a request for the exchange, then reverse pick-up will be done within 2-3 days once your request is accepted and it is approved pose review a new exchange order will be automatically placed & progressed. Whereas the new order would shipped in 2-3 working days and it can be up to 7-8 working days for it to get delivered, depending upon the specific delivery conditions.

Refund on Product Return

For the return, the reverse pick-up will be done within 2-3 working days once the request has been placed. Most approximately it would take 7-10 working days for the products to arrive at our warehouse after which it directly goes for the quality check. Once it passes the quality Check, the refund or exchange will be initiated within the prior 15 Days.

Note :

if there is any promotional code/coupon code is redeemed during the purchase then the full amount will be refunded as coupon code. In case, if there is no promotional purchase then full amount will be store in credits.

Refunds for Cash on delivery & Prepaid orders

This will also applied just as the same, once the products reach to us and passes the (QC), then automatically store credits will be given just the same as the it equivalent value of your order.

The Refund Procedure Will be To The Original Common Source Within Specific Time-Line Of 7-10 Bussiness Days

Shipping for the Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable
