Which products are eligible for replacement?

• Replacement is currently available for some of the products underlying in some specific conditions:
• If the product or material is damaged or defective when it is delivered to you.
• If you receive the wrong product delivery,
• when you receive a different color from what you ordered from the site.
• If your products satisfy all these specific conditions, then your product may change and be replaced.

The changing conditions of the products may contain:

The conditions required to replace your wrong product are that the product remain unused in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices for the product.

Replacement of the products is to be subjected to access or rejection based on quality checks either by our logistic providers at the time of pickup or by the seller.

If the replacement product is out of stock, it cannot be replaced, so you can only return the product.

If there are some possibilities that we are unable to fulfill the replacement, we will rapidly return or refund your order.

The conditions may vary, but the product can be replaced only once and is limited to serviceable pin codes only.

Cancellation Policy of Leorbix InfoTech

When a consumer approaches to cancel the order, there are some of the cancellation charges that shall be denoted as platform cancellation fees. First, it will be clarified that there will be free cancellation of orders only for the initial few hours of placing orders, as specially provided on the product page. After some time, the cancellation fee will be refunded to your applicable account.

The customer has the right to choose and cancel an order at any time before it’s dispatched, whereas the order cannot be cancelled when it’s out for delivery. However, the customer could refuse to take the parcel to the doorstep.
